Desktop yoga is a proactive risk management program for today’s technology-driven workplace. We will help your employees manage the practice of yoga in their daily work routine. This program reduces the risk of repetitive strain injury (RSI) to the soft tissues in the back, neck, shoulders, arms and wrists. It also addresses the most common and chronic RSI: carpal tunnel syndrome.
