Specialized Seminars
Education is a vital ingredient in any wellness
program. Education brings an awareness of the habits in
our lives. Education permits us to question those habits:
How does my body feel at the end of
the day?
How do I react to stress - physically and mentally?
How do I organize myself for optimum health and productivity?
TylerWellness
delivers a variety of educational seminars that guide employees
toward healthy choices and productive habits. Seminars vary
in length from a one-hour lunch and learn format to a multi-day
wellness retreat. Topics include:

Introducing the Benefits of Wellness in the Workplace
Wellness involves taking responsibility for the physical, emotional,
and mental well being in our lives. We spend approximately a
third of our weekdays at work, so it stands to reason that improving
wellness at work impacts our productivity and our interactions
with colleagues and customers. Companies that introduce proactive
wellness behaviors create a positive spiral of education, increased
personal awareness, and experimentation with change. These same
companies report that the culture of their workplace becomes
more resourceful, creative, and productive. Guests at our wellness
seminars will:
· Take a personal and confidential wellness inventory
· Examine low cost and no cost ways to work for wellness
at home and at work
· Learn why small incremental changes toward wellness
are the most lasting
· Create strategies to increase wellness in their professional
and personal lives.

Through Movement®, our instructor guides participants through
a sequence of movements that turn attention inward; attendees
feel and sense the interactions between muscles and bones. Past
participants of CyberPosture describe the class as practical,
relaxing, graceful, refreshing, simple to do, and comfort creating.
