SBI ATM problem …. Cash not taken in time …. HELP!?
Last Sunday is August 22, 2009 ……. I went to the ATM SBT (State Bank of Travancore) Put my card and take 4000 RS my account ….. But when the money I could not take the money in time and my phone fell out of my pocket onto the floor and the money went back into the ATM machine … At that moment he re-insert the card and check the balance ….. 4000 R has been credited to my account ….. I waited for 5 days and recheck the balance of my … But the money has not come back to my account ….. What should I do …… PLEASE HELP ME! I meant RS 4000 was debited to ma.
do not worry. i experienced the same thing. (For Rs 10, 000) which has received a sheet showing the transaction. lead copy of proof of Zerox and enclosing the receipt, write a letter to the bank that narrate it. be adjusted within a day or two. SBH did the same to me.
